Valencia Basket closes the first round receiving the top-seeded Montakit Fuenlabrada

Valencia Basket returns home to finish the first round of the Endesa League receiving the great revelation of the championship, Montakit Fuenlabrada (Sunday 21, 18: 30h, Fonteta, Movistar Deportes 2) in a match to which the two teams arrive tied with eleven triumphs in their standings. The taronja squad will try to extend their good dynamics in the Fonteta in Liga Endesa (where VBC chained six wins in a row) against a rival to which historically it has been imposed as local (it has won 17 of the 19 times that have faced in Valencia).

 

Bojan Dubljevic is out for the game due to a sprained left ankle and Tibor Pleiss is questionable due to the twist that he had suffered in the left ankle in this morning’s practice. On the positive side, Joan Sastre returns to the group after a month and a half out due to injury and will be available if Txus Vidorreta decides to include him in the rotation despite having completed only one training. Regarding the last match of Liga Endesa, Erick Green is also back.
